In this comprehensive overview of the NeighborWorks America Quarterly Production Report, participants will learn about the report’s data structure, its definitions, protocols, quality control processes, data entry in the Online Reporting System (ORS), how to interpret the ORS built-in reports (Quarterly Summary, YTD, Relationship Manager) and best reporting practices.
The course includes a dedicated module on understanding the CounselorMax data entry workflow in the context of the Quarterly Production Report. The content of this class encompasses all of the aspects of quarterly production reporting, therefore it is targeted to anyone who wants to learn more in depth about the quarterly production report process. The course will be a faculty-led online course delivered over four weeks, and will include one live online session per week. Participants will apply what they are learning through homework assignments and engaging online projects in between weekly sessions.
